Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registrations made after the 9th of April must be made onsite at the Conference Registration Desk at the Sebel Albert Park.

The conference venue, the Sebel Albert Park is offering two types of accommodation rooms and rates.
These rates are per night and inclusive of one full buffet breakfast.

Method of payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
- Personal or company cheque (Australian delegates only) made payable to Seafood Directions 2010 or SD2010.
- Bank drafts and international money orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank and made payable to Seafood Directions 2010 or SD2010.

Payment deadlines
Registrations received up to the 12 March 2010 must be paid in full by 12 March 2010 in order to receive full registration entitlements.
Failure to adhere to the deadlines will result in your registration being automatically cancelled, and the need to re-register for the Conference.
Cancellation of registration
Deadline: 12 March 2010
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 12 March 2010 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
Cancellations received after 12 March 2010 will not be refunded. The organisers will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

The Conference hosts are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference hosts do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays.
Interstate and international delegates are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
