The Sebel Albert Park Melbourne is centrally located on Queens Road, overlooking beautiful Albert Park Lake. Just minutes from the St Kilda Road business precinct, Melbourne's CBD, South Yarra's Chapel Street retail precinct, the Botanical Gardens and St Kilda and Port Phillip Bay beaches.

SD2010 will be held in the Grand Waldorf Ballroom which has an abundance of natural light and views of Albert Park Lake.

The hotel is a 4 star property offering spacious and well appointed guestrooms and suites, many of which overlook spectacular views of the lake and the city skyline.

Accommodation
SD2010 Conference Secretariat has negotiated accommodation rates at the conference venue, Sebel Citigate Albert Park.

Bookings for the conference hotels should be made through the Conference Secretariat to ensure you receive the most competitive rates.

Accommodation Deposit
Payment of the first night’s tariff must be received with your registration to secure your accommodation booking. If a deposit is not received, your booking will not be processed. The deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account.

Deadline for Accommodation Bookings
The Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotel on 12 March 2010, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date can not be guaranteed.

Cancellations
No accommodation deposits will be refunded after 12 March 2010.

Early Arrival
As check in at the Conference hotel is not until 2.00pm it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night prior.

Change of Booking
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing to registration@sd2010.com.au and NOT directly with the hotel. A fee of $25.00 per change will be applicable.

No-Shows
Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation by 12 March 2010 will incur charges for the ‘no-show’ rate as penalised by the hotel.
